The hotel features modern Mexican architecture and was recently refurbished. It comprises a total of 291 rooms (some are connecting rooms and no smoking rooms are also available) as well as a lobby area with a thatched roof, greenery, a fountain and an artificial waterfall. It is air-conditioned and offers guests a reception desk, a currency exchange facility, Internet access in all public areas, lift access, disability-friendly facilities, a cash machine, a travel agency, medical care, a washing facility, a kids' club, childcare, shops, room service as well as a garage and parking for those arriving by car. This establishment features 3 bars and 3 restaurants: the Chulavista serving Mexican specialities, the La Terrazza in the pool area and the La Hacienda.

All rooms are individually decorated in tropical style and neutral tones. Colour accents are set by Mexican handicrafts and the materials used, such as marble, wood and rattan, give the accommodation a pleasant ambiance.
