1. Must have a minimum household annual income of $50,000
2. A credit score of at least 600
3. No bankruptcy proceedings against either party
4. Age requirement is 25-79.
5. Both parties must be able to speak, read, write and understand English or Spanish fluently and be capable of entering into a legal contract
6. Must not be scheduled for any other tour in Orlando
7. All adults must attend the presentation (maximum 6)
8. Must be employed full time or be retired.
9. Must not have toured any Summer Bay Resort property within the past 12 months

     10.   No tours will be accepted from Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Volusia, Pinellas, Polk, and Hillsborough counties.

Customers are responsible for room taxes and a security deposit for the hotel which will be refunded upon their departure provided there was no damage to the room. (Taxes and fees are not refundable)
