Family Suites Building - family friendly - no pets allowed in these rooms. Our suites building offers non-ocean front large one bedroom suites with extra large private balconies overlooking the pool. Each two room suite has a full sized kitchenette (no stove) fitted with granite counter tops, large refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The sitting area offers a pull out sofa and second television. The suites are located in the same building as the complimentary breakfast. 

Garden Courtyard-best value - these rooms are perfectly situated near the heated pool and veranda bar. The Garden Courtyard offers a choice of access through the Tropical Courtyard or convenient drive up rooms. Two double beds, two queen beds or single king rooms available. Rooms with mini-kitchenettes are also available. Pets are welcome with advance notice and $15.00 pet fee.

For lunch and dinner choose seafood, steaks or chicken at the Boston Beef & Seafood Restaurant, or walk to Cocoa Beach Pier for seafood served with an ocean view
